The Job:
A full time role (although open to part time for the right incumbent), responsible for day-to-day reception and administration duties, this busy position will see you provide the first impression of Gartland to those visiting the office. Your duties will range from answering the phone to fielding property enquiries, handling keys and liaising with external stakeholders such as valuers, solicitors, and conveyancers. Entering and maintaining client information in the Gartland CRM, you’ll assist sales and property management teams with administrative requests. Completing other relevant tasks such as receiving and signing for deliveries, ordering catering when required and mail sorting, you’ll also ensure the office continues to look professional and inviting at all times, and will maintain board room bookings and presentation.

Skills Required:
With previous reception and office administration experience, you’ll be accustomed to working in a busy professional environment and have well-developed organisational and time management skills. Well presented, efficient, personable and proactive, you’ll have excellent communication skills, and be able to prioritise tasks, and manage your time, effectively. Able to demonstrate an innovative and positive approach to challenging project and tasks, you’re also flexible, adaptable, and enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement. Intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Suite are preferred as are any tertiary qualifications or certifications in business administration or a related discipline. Understanding of suitable real estate software applications such as ReLeased, Property Tree, or VauleRE as well as project management software such as Asana would also be advantageous, as would be holding a current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or working towards or open to obtaining an Agent’s Representative Certificate).
