Collaborative, supportive, trusting and engaging, talent is fostered, and individuals are empowered to contribute. On one hand the environment is relaxed and down to earth, but on the other, business activity is fast paced and agile with an accompanying growth mindset. Here you’ll find loads of well humoured office banter and celebrating success with a genuine focus on internal promotion and continuous learning, and where self improvement and development is both encouraged and celebrated.
Having gained relevant experience from a similar firm, ideally with 2+ years post admission experience in commercial litigation, commercial law and/ or dispute resolution, you’ll have excellent legal research and drafting skills, exceptional communication and influencing skills, be highly organised and have strong attention to detail.
