The Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Business Development Manager, focused on promoting and expanding a growing portfolio of leadership courses, workshops, training programs, products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the business sector, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships with clients. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it’s about understanding the unique needs of clients and guiding them towards the most suitable products and services to support their business growth and leadership aspirations.

Skills Required:
We are seeking applications from individuals with a positive attitude, persistent drive, and proven initiative. With experience in business development, account management or consulting (ideally in a B2B environment), you’ll have a strong passion for growing businesses, through a consultative and relationship-driven approach to understanding client wants and needs. With strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills, you naturally build rapport with clients and stakeholders and can work effectively independently, managing multiple priorities and you thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment. Proficiency using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools is required and tertiary qualifications, or certifications in a relevant field would be advantageous.
