About the Opportunity:
This position is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and experience as an independent sales agent and be part of a successful and premium brand with an outstanding, collegiate and non-political internal culture. We are seeking a reliable, focused and committed individual looking to take their career to new heights. You’ll be responsible for managing and updating a database of clients and homes and required to build local relationships and prospect for new business. You’ll complete market appraisals, conduct buyer inspections, organise marketing and manage sales/ auction processes from start to finish. You’ll also deliver marketing and administration collateral and attend to vendor and purchaser inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
With a current Agents Representative Certificate and at least 12 months’ experience in the real estate industry already, you’ll be immaculately presented, have a strong attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a past paced, continually evolving environment. You’ll be dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis, and as such, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Saturday work is required and the role also calls for evening work to attend open house inspections and meet with prospective clients on occasion. You’ll also have a genuine desire to succeed in the real estate industry, be organised, systematic and thorough, highly motivated and have a professional manner.
