Continuing to experience impressive growth, an opportunity now exists for a dedicated and enthusiastic Regional Business Manager to oversee numerous sites and drive business success now and into the future.

About the Opportunity:
As the Regional Business Manager of your area, you’ll make sure your sites keep customers coming back for more. You will do this by supporting your people to deliver operational excellence and the best in customer service and by creating and executing short and long term area sales strategies which align with company objectives. You will be the driving force that motivates and develops your team in a fun, high volume, sales focused environment and will deliver exceptional retail leadership and coaching skills using your developed commercial acumen and communication abilities. You will advise and develop the performance of your sites through close financial analysis and guidance and achieve sales targets that grow the region further in its success and you’ll train and develop the staff throughout your area through various learning platforms, reviews and an ongoing development plan for succession planning. Responsible for 13 sites across regional Victoria, you will be travelling to various locations, building relationships with management, developing a strong team culture and an overall brand passion that ensures company goals are achieved. You’ll also complete quality store visit cycles with sales and compliance checks and work towards achieving sales targets and budgets assigned to your area.

About You:
Having had significant experience in a similar role managing a large and geographically diverse team, you’ll be a people person who thrives on success and the achievement of common goals. Dedicated and high energy, you’re engaging and can influence, motivate and give clear direction to your team. With extensive merchandising and retailing experience in the FMCG industry or similar, you work fast and notice the little things that make all the difference and are committed to working to safety standards. You will have exceptional people skills along with proven experience in leading teams and have demonstrated experience working with sales targets and KPIs across a diverse region. With a solid understanding of profit and loss reports and cost management, you’ll also be comfortable in staff and performance management, have excellent leadership and networking skills and be able to travel to varying locations when required during business hours.
