As a growing organisation, a current need now exists for a full time Project Coordinator to join the team.

About the Opportunity:
Providing accurate and efficient administrative support to the Program Director to ensure delivery is maintained across a range of crucial projects, you’ll be working with a diverse mix of motivated, professional and collaborative people who really care about making a difference. You’ll design and improve project dashboard reporting processes and project lifecycle documentation and consolidate monthly project management reports and project lifecycle documentation. Updating program and work stream statuses, identifying and reporting risks promptly, you’ll schedule, monitor and maintain project plans, governance reporting and tracking and maintain decision, risk and issue registers. You’ll also ensure projects are aligned to business objectives and provide prioritised operational and administrative support for project activities while liaising with key stakeholders for project input.

About You:
With a mind to get things done and a heart for people, you’ll have had proven experience in a similar role with a large organisation and self motivated, you’ll set the bar high for the quality of the work you do and the people-oriented decisions you make. You’ll have significant experience providing project support and working with project management tools and systems, particularly Microsoft Project, JIRA and Confluence. You’ll have well developed coordination skills and a sound understanding of effective project management techniques and will be highly collaborative, have outstanding planning skills and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in a fast paced environment.
