Fruition Recruitment is a Geelong based boutique recruitment firm that specialises in regional recruitment and talent advisory. With a reputation for providing industry leading results, Fruition works hard to provide a fresh alternative to sales-driven agencies and is a business that clients love working with and candidates trust. We are working on this vacancy on behalf of our client.
About our Client:
Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience, Gartland Property has developed into a leading residential and commercial real estate firm of choice, and Fruition are delighted to be exclusively partnering with this industry leader in their search for a new Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join the team. Dedicated to excellence, Gartland provides a fresh approach as Geelong’s foremost real estate agency. Gartland are also strong participants in the local community, and they reward and recognise their own like no other.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Operations Manager, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the development and the execution of Gartland’s brand strategy; keeping social media channels updated and brand focused and executing campaign-related social and digital activity. In addition to this, you’ll be chiefly responsible for a wide range of broader marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, events and sponsorships. You’ll elevate the Gartland brand on appropriate channels, and capitilise on the data that the business produces, using it to develop and change strategies accordingly. You’ll also manage the implementation of all property campaigns including scheduling of photoshoots, videography, signage, brochure, print media and web based marketing. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, you’ll undertake analysis on each marketing campaign, reporting back on spend and ROI, and you’ll implement integrated marketing campaigns across online and traditional marketing channels. Overseeing Gartland’s social media strategy and activity, you’ll generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily, stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications and suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness. This position will initially be available on a part time basis (circa 28 hours per week across 5 days, Monday to Friday) with a view to progressing to full time in line with business growth.
Innovative in finding ways to elevate the Gartland brand, utilising their own platforms as well as targeted media to showcase potential, you’ll be a real self-starter who will have the tenacity to execute campaigns and strategies to generate positive results and meet the needs of the Gartland business. With proven marketing experience across both online and traditional channels, including digital marketing and social media marketing, you’ll have experience in a similar role planning, building and optimising paid acquisition and branding campaigns across multiple channels. With an advanced understanding of Instagram and Facebook advertisements (including using Business Manager), lead funnels, social media advertising, LinkedIn ads, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and SEO, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, and have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Complemented by tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, experience within the real estate industry or a similar professional services environment would be an asset and having an eye for good design and experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be highly regarded.
About the Perks:
In this position, you’ll enjoy a role that has a real ability to make an impact, where your ideas and thoughts are both welcomed and treated as expert opinion. With generous remuneration on offer, Gartland fosters a positive and energising workplace culture which values reward and recognition, innovation and promotes personal development. From workplace wellbeing programs, to role flexibility and ongoing career development, Gartland also actively encourages giving back and are embarking on an exciting period of business growth.
