About the Opportunity:
This hands-on position is responsible for implementing a comprehensive strategy for segmented loyalty, communications and customer benefits programs across the entire business.  Building customer lifetime value, brand advocacy and delivering revenue growth through new email, direct mail and omni-channel loyalty initiatives, you will collaborate with the broader team and develop the loyalty program to add value to customer relationships whilst driving ongoing online and offline sales. You’ll be responsible for managing a high volume of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement online, manage external agencies and work with a number of key internal stakeholders to deliver integrated digital, including SEM, SEO, social content and CRM campaigns and promotions to drive acquisition and loyalty across the customer base.

About You:
Ideally with extensive customer engagement and sales driving experience through CRM, email and direct mail, we’re looking for someone who has had experience in delivering programs that maximise customer retention, activation and satisfaction, and ideally who has done so within a retail, FMCG, telco or services business before. You’ll have extensive experience as a Campaign or Loyalty Manager, a background in consumer marketing and a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing. Comfortable managing stakeholders and juggling multiple projects and conflicting priorities, you’ll also be able to identify customer insights and consumer behaviours using data analytics and to drive traffic and increase sales from these activities.
