About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Company Director, you will get the opportunity to liaise directly with clients, set the strategy, the implementation, ongoing management and results generated for digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, servicing a wide variety of clients and businesses. You will be responsible for managing Google AdWords and Facebook campaigns (including keywords/ campaign setup/ optimisation) to drive quality leads and applications and you’ll use your creativity and innovative thinking to assist in the development of the marketing strategies. Driving strategic objectives that differentiate the digital experience for clients, you understand the importance of translating business goals into successful digital marketing campaigns and always analyse the performance of campaign efforts. Responsible for end to end online campaign management, including SEO, SEM and PPC, you’ll use a variety of tools to monitor, measure and report on behaviour and performance. You’ll also drive sales funnel optimisation to boost the lead generation capacity of client websites, measure, track and interpret customer behaviour and develop insights to maximise sales conversion potential and participate in projects such as email marketing campaigns. By closely monitoring performance and ROI you love helping clients to increase visibility, conversions and results.
As a strategist you always focus on best practice, have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and take real pride in the high quality of your work. With significant experience in a similar role, you have deep knowledge and skills to develop and execute all social, digital and SEM campaigns and are Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook (Ads Manager), Bing and SEO proficient. Always across the latest developments and trends in digital marketing, you love bringing new ideas and innovation to digital campaigns. Meticulous in your approach as facts, figures and accuracy is very important to you, you can juggle priorities without issue and are a proactive and high energy ‘ideas’ person. Able to work autonomously and deliver work without needing constant follow up, you’ll also be self motivated and will ideally be tertiary qualified in a related discipline. In line with your prior experience managing Google AdWords and Facebook campaigns you will also have proven website conversion optimisation and campaign management experience. Working well under pressure, you’re down to earth, approachable, fairly unflappable and work really well in a small team. You have excellent knowledge and understanding of how to create compelling and engaging user experiences via web with deep knowledge of usability and conversion drivers, and you’ll deploy a range of online tools to track and measure performance. With a creative and proactive approach to implementing new ideas for continued performance improvement you will also be able to consistently deliver on client expectations and come in on time and within budgets set.
