Due to continued growth, an opportunity now exists for a Customer Coordinator to join the team on a full time basis.
About the Opportunity:
You will be responsible for the smooth running of various projects from an administrative coordination focus. You’ll ensure the organisation and flow of correspondence is recorded onto an in-house database and provide customer service and direction over the phone. You’ll schedule trades staff to jobs, manage billings and invoicing and maintain and cross-check confirmed jobs and staff allocation. Keeping track on the status of jobs, you’ll liaise with managers, retail staff, trades staff and clients alike and process, organise and coordinate site folders for each project daily. Maintaining cost efficiencies, you’ll allocate and correct last minute project or contractor staffing issues and coordinate, prepare and maintain compliance documents. Advising customers on the company’s product range, usage and specifications, you’ll provide high quality customer service at all times and follow up customer queries.
Highly organised, you take real pride in always being well prepared, structured and orderly. A natural people person, you thrive on responsibility and can think on your feet and operate well in a fast paced environment without getting overwhelmed. Having had experience in a similar position you have proven communication skills and an ability to manage time efficiently, work proactively and prioritise workloads. Proficient in MS Office applications you will have experience supporting an operational team coupled with a can do attitude and have exceptional time management and communication skills. With sound experience in completing general administration duties, you’ll also be able to juggle competing priorities and are thorough with a high attention to detail and demonstrate initiative.
