About the Opportunity:
As the first point of contact and liaison between landlords of commercial property and business tenants, you’ll arrange inspections with prospective clients and develop strong relationships. Providing service from inception and general enquiries right through to negotiations and close-offs, you’ll arrange, prepare and sign up lease agreements and renewals including preparing Head of Agreements and confer with external legal professionals. Working closely with the commercial team to deliver leasing strategy plans to ensure the best business outcomes for both owners and tenants, you’ll develop an understanding of the local market, relevant legislation and pricing, as well as acquire up to date knowledge of the industry. In managing and liaising with new and existing clients, you’ll develop business with landlords and property owners and identify and proactively seek out commercial business. You’ll also prepare all marketing material for listings, including boards, and online advertisements and be responsible for database management and general administration duties. Extensive support will be provided to ensure success and greater market share is achieved quickly with future progression opportunities in lucrative commercial sales on offer for the right candidate.

About You:
A motivated self starter, you ideally have real estate experience and are looking to build on or further your career OR you have a genuine interest in the commercial space and are seeking a start learning from the best of the best. With either sales or property management experience of at least 1-2 years, you are excellently presented, personable, can think critically and work autonomously and pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills. Energetic, resilient and hardworking, you’ll have strong relationship management skills and a genuine passion to learn. You’ll also have a Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (or be open to getting one), and a clean drivers license and vehicle. Property (or related) tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded.
