Continuing to experience impressive growth, an opportunity now exists for a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the Head Office team in Geelong on a permanent full time basis.
About the Opportunity:
Providing a broad range of administrative support, from processing invoices to collating reports and working on strategies and campaigns, you will assist with the day to day execution of marketing collateral and support management with business plan development and sales analysis. Accountable for the retail sales promotional program and campaign implementation, you will also maintain product files, manage rebates and trade spend processes and work to deliver objectives across a promotional calendar cycle. Working with key stakeholders to ensure campaign marketing strategies are developed and implemented, you will liaise with media and production, and assist management in coordinating the development and execution of strategic marketing and promotional programs. You’ll also manage and track suppliers, trading terms and contracts, provide support in the development of business plan documentation and provide reporting, analysis and review on key outcome areas within the business.
Ideally with previous experience in a team administration support role within a fast paced office environment, you’ll be able to work independently and deliver work to high standards. With an ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, you’ll have sound time management, organisational and analytical skills and an enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude. Complemented by a positive attitude, you demonstrate initiative, have an eye for detail and a focus on process improvement. With competent computer and Microsoft Office skills, you’ll also be able to keep calm in an at times busy environment and be able to prioritise your workload, effectively multitask and meet deadlines. Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline is also desirable.
