Our client is a leading corporate branding and signage business who manufacture, supply and install a range of solutions to cover bespoke branding, signage, protective coatings, safety markings and many other engineered products supplied to a wide variety of customers. The business has enjoyed significant growth in recent times and is now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Account Manager to join their passionate and high performing team.
About the Opportunity:
Looking after both large and small clients, some already established while others still in the start-up phase, no two days will be the same in this role. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding work and an exceptional service to clients where you will be their primary point of contact and will ultimately help their brand to grow. Given the opportunity to flex your creative and project management skills to help establish and develop business critical clients, you will be supported by a great in-house design and production team that is well respected throughout the industry. Representing a portfolio of solutions to clients, the Account Manager role will see you take over existing relationships and through your strategic business development skillset, also developing, identifying and engaging with new opportunities. You will target customers with long sales cycles, and will take them through a process which involves understanding a customers needs and then working through appropriate solutions. You’ll also work with the project team, senior management and subcontractors, while managing production schedules and dealing with multiple priority works and teams, conducting site visits and attending site meetings if required.
As an outstanding communicator, you will help clients to reach new levels of excellence across brand strategy, branding and identity, internal and external engagement, digital strategy, signage and environmental design. A seasoned sales professional, you will have had proven experience (signage solutions or related, retail displays, POS, print, custom displays, large format etc) in a similar position selling into the B2B and corporate sectors where a solutions approach is taken to understanding needs and delivering optimum outcomes. Able to demonstrate a history of building, nurturing and managing account relationships, you’ll have a strategic mindset with a passion for proactively delivering unique marketing ideas and plans. You’ll also have high levels of energy and enthusiasm, and outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills. With recognised experience managing client assignments within multiple stakeholder environments, you’ll also be results oriented, interested, engaged and passionate about advertising and/ or marketing.
