Our Story
Fruition Recruitment was born in 2016. Based in Geelong, and specialising in Geelong talent, we are a high quality boutique recruitment firm and talent acquisition consultancy and have partnered with some of Geelong’s best employers; from start-ups and SMEs to larger companies and national organisations. Specialising in recruiting only permanent roles across all corporate areas, Fruition combines the latest sourcing techniques with a market leading ability to put the right people in the right positions and for the right reasons.
As an owner managed recruitment business, we’re also a progressive consultancy but without the distractions and demands of a larger firm, a franchised firm, or a firm focused on multiple locations or spread across a number of areas. This means we are true Geelong specialists and flexible and free to focus solely on our Geelong clients, candidates and our Geelong community. We also really pride ourselves on the depth and level of service we provide to our clients, so much so, that although Fruition has enjoyed steady growth over the years, expansion is strictly controlled to guarantee that a personal touch and in-depth knowledge of clients and candidates is maintained. We even cap the number of vacancies we work on at any one time so our clients can be assured our full attention and expertise. And we don’t do everything HR or spread ourselves too thin, we specialise only in the talent acquisition vertical and are hiring subject matter experts. Our knowledge and counsel is unmatched.

Fruition Recruitment was founded by Director, Talent Acquisition & Advisory Lauren Hogan, who wanted to build a local firm that embodied recruitment excellence.

Fruition Recruitment is fortunate to be supported by an amazing team of market leading digital, finance, resourcing and administrative professionals, who are led by our founder and Director, Talent Acquisition & Advisory, Lauren Hogan.
Lauren is an experienced talent sector leader and human capital advisor, skilled in delivering business outcomes through people. Proudly a Geelong resident, Lauren increasingly became fed up that businesses profiting from dealing in people, didn’t actually seem to care a whole lot about the people with which they were dealing.
Consultative, creative and responsive, the way Fruition works is underpinned by the genuine knowledge we build of our clients’ businesses and the care we take when working with our candidates. By working with Fruition, our clients invest in a partner who can take a ‘deep dive’ approach. Through our industry leading sourcing strategies and local relationships, Fruition get our clients access to those ‘receptive’ candidates who are not on the open market. They’re the ones who’ve told us they’d be interested to hear about that ‘great next role’, and trust us to find it for them.
We believe cultural fit is vitally important, and we carefully handpick candidates that match. We also work with our clients as true business partners and our candidate care is second to none.

OUR COMMUNITY
Fruition is very pleased to have in place a Geelong community engagement program and we’re proud to be recognised as a local leader in corporate volunteering. We believe that our business should develop alongside the local communities in which it operates and contribute to the development of others wherever we can. We actively support various community and charitable initiatives such as: our Free Fruition First Friday program, and via our involvement with other local council, community groups and business bodies.
FREE FRUITION FIRST FRIDAY PROGRAM
On 4 April 2016 we proudly launched our Free Fruition First Friday program. On the first Friday of each month, our Director, Talent Acquisition & Advisory, Lauren Hogan is available to provide advice and meet with clients who are seeking recruitment support or advice, totally free of charge.
